Despite appearances, House had something of a gentleman left in him, and knew that it was only proper to let a woman come first - hold the door open, so to speak. But he could feel her holding back, and at this point he had no such resolve left, not with the way she was moving against him with such force, the way she looked riding him, like he was some sort of sex god.

It was enough to push him over the edge anyway, like it or not, and when he came he squeezed his eyes shut and let out a wordless gasp, all of the air leaving his lungs, the fingers of his free hand digging hard into her hip as he went rigid and spilled inside her.
